security laws.
Both procedural and social laws are interrelated and
originate the actions which are presented before the
justice tribunals.

- Study and preparation of national insurance documentation.
- Employee registration, layoff and variation of
records within the company.
- Preparation of employee ledgers and inspection
visit ledgers.
- Registration of employee at the national insurance
office.
- Request of workers to the National Institute of
Employment.
- Management of government grants and incentives
for companies due to employee hire and to the business
activity.
- Employee contract management in its different forms.
- Preparation of labour casualties and illness documents.
- Reports and notification of misconduct and penalties
to employees.
- Processing of temporary disabilities.
- Relations with employment organisations and national
insurance offices.
- Visits to the employment inspection office.
- Legal advice in all aspects related to employment.
