6. Inspection of documents (invoices, delivery notes, etc).
7. Contracts associated to habitual business practices.
8. Out of court debt collection management.
9. Attendance at general management boards and advice during the course of the meeting.
10. Attendance at extraordinary management boards and advice during the course of the meetings in order to reach agreements.
11. Attendance at management board assemblies and advice during the course of the meetings in order to reach agreements.
12. Drafting of summons for assemblies, boards, records of the proceedings and certifications.
13. Representation at boards and meetings.
