The LLORENS-TORRES GROUP is formed by a group of lawyers and economists, each one specialised in different areas related to the worlds of business and law. Each professional has their own office located at the headquarters. The Group's management board considers it is necessary for the team members to interrelate when working towards joint solutions, which require specialised input from more than one professional.

The Group was consolidated in 1995, although it was actually founded in 1992 when the directors, Sagrario and Montserrat Lloréns jointly commenced their professional careers, after several years of practice in other corporations.
